Over 35 Years Dedicated to Paragliding and Paramotor Flying

Francisco Sánchez, pilot and founder of CAT Paramotor.

Passionate about flight and a pioneer in Andalusia, Francisco took his first steps with Lijarsur, a paragliding and paramotor school that marked the beginning of a lifetime devoted to the skies. From that experience, the idea of creating a more complete and specialized center was born, giving rise to CAT Paramotor, a project that reflects his dedication, vision, and commitment to training and the growth of the sport.

Over the years, CAT Paramotor has become an international reference, hosting major competitions such as two World Cups and a European Championship in the privileged surroundings of Lake Bornos. At the same time, Francisco’s experience has extended beyond our borders, participating in the organization of World Championships in Qatar and Turkey, contributing to the global development of paramotor flying, and taking the name of the project far beyond Cádiz.

Love for Competition

The perfect setting to experience the thrill.

At CAT, we see competition as a way to push your limits, share experiences, and fully live the paramotor experience. Since our beginnings, we have supported and accompanied pilots of all levels who aim to improve their skills, test their abilities, and be part of a community driven by passion for the sport. The excitement of takeoff, the precision in every turn, and the camaraderie in every challenge are an essential part of our identity.

Our center, host of national and international championships, has seen great talents emerge and grow, creating an environment where challenge becomes learning. Whether on our slalom circuit, during daily training, or at major events, competition for us is a celebration of flight, effort, and dedication that unites us as a community.
